Grilled Salmon with Garlic Dijon Cream Sauce

Grilled Salmon with garlic Dijon cream sauce is a delicious summer meal that is fast and fuss free! The sauce is flavorful and pairs nice with the salmon.



INGREDIENTS
4 4-6 oz salmon fillets center cut
4 Tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic minced
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 cup half and half
2 tsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried
1 Tbsp Flour

INSTRUCTIONS
Begin by lightly salting and peppering the salmon fillets on each side. Preheat grill and oil with olive oil.
On a hot grill over medium high cook salmon about 5-6 minutes each side until it flakes with a fork.
